Warranty
Q1 - Is your Warranty on keyboard stickers and large print overlays really unconditional ?
Simple : we will replace any keyboard sticker or large print overlay that falls off or fades out !
Q2 - But isn’t there certain situations where your stickers will be less effective?
On certain computer keyboards with very concave keys, for example.
Or when the user permanently has chemicals on is fingers or if he uses hand lotion abundantly.
But even under these conditions, the keyboard stickers are guaranteed and we will replace any overlay that falls off or fades out.
Q3 - I bought some keyboard stickers. On screen, they looked exactly like yours but they didn’t have your company name on them. They where not pre-cut and they fell off after a few weeks.
Could this be one of your resellers?
Are they guaranteed?
Some of our resellers take off our company name to protect their market. We give them the same Warranty and they should transmit it to their customers. Our keyboard stickers and large print overlays are always pre-cut and won’t fall off.
But some companies photocopy our products, instruction sheet included, laminate them cheaply and sell them at a lower price.

Product
Q1 - What is the size of your stickers ?
The stickers for the central part of the keyboard measure .425 inches (11.8 mm) by .475 inches (12mm).
Q2 - Can we use your stickers on portables ?
All of our keyboard stickers can be used on portables (laptops) as well as desktop computers.
Q3 – What is the easiest way to install the keyboard overlays ?
Simple : you take them off the support sheet and place them on the keys.
You can also place them on the tip of a box-cutter knife, position them over the keys, and press with your finger to stick them in place. (See photo on the left)
Q4 – How are they manufactured ?
They are printed in four color process on a plastic film.
They won’t be affected by water or by fingers humidity.
We use glue that will keep them on the keys but will allow you to remove them by pulling them up grabbing one of the corners.
They are then laminated to protect them from fading out.

We don’t have a list or resellers by region. Some keep a few products in stock but most of them prefer to order them on customer requests.
Q2 – I want to order keyboard stickers on your site but I don’t have a password.
You don’t need a password to place an order.
To get a password, you need to register your profile at the bottom of the order form. This allows you to quickly enter your information in the system when you reorder.

Shipping
Q1 – What are the shipping charges ?
The handling charges are 3.50 $ up to a quantity of 25 products, no matter where you live. We ship by normal mail from Canada. You receive your order within 2 to 5 days.

Invoicing
Q1 – There are no taxes on my invoice.
When we ship outside of Canada, we can’t add your government’s taxes on the invoice.
Q2 – Can I receive an invoice and pay by cheque ?
We can invoice companies, societies and governments when, for administratives reasons, thew can't use a credit card. Subject to the approval of our accounting department.
Merchandise return
Q1 – Can I return a product that was not used?
Yes, for an exchange, within 30 from the invoice date.
We’d appreciate to be informed in advance.
For a refund, you have to communicate with us and get an authorization.
